This review assesses Bivol’s mobile app, the investigative reporting outlet from Bulgaria known for tackling corruption, organized crime, and public funds abuse. Founded in 2010, Bivol has been responsible for breaking several major political and corruption scandals in the country and has been a member of OCCRP since 2012.

• This app offers recurring subscription options and one-time subscriptions to access exclusive cartoon screensavers, the Bivol archives, and the PRASS-PRESS cartoon newspaper PDF issues.
• Access requires subscribing to a recurring monthly plan.
• Subscriptions are auto-renewable by nature and will be charged to the purchaser's iTunes account at confirmation of purchase; they will automatically renew for the selected duration unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions cannot be canceled during an active period; however, they can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off via the iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
